Final Day to complete your 6-week goal challenge. If you didn’t sign on for a 6-week goal then ask your coach to create a 15min amrap with 2 of your goats in it.

 

*registration for the Crossfit Games Open starts February 1st anybody can participate.

    20 AMRAP 2 HSPU, 10 unbroken front squats @ 75#, 2 unbroken strict pull ups- 9 rounds

    Very week in HSPU and all but the first round were negatives with 25# plate and pad…
    Although I proud about the unbroken 9 rounds of 2 strict PUs

    new DU PR at 51
