I only used 15 # DB, very cranky Left shoulder-- going to the doctor next week to have it checked......</description>

-snatches weren&#039;t perfect by any means but shoulder felt (feels) good, was able to get to the bar and get thru fairly well. All WB&#039;s were unbroken, found myself pulling a Shanyn some times and catching the ball at/near the bottom of the squat. In snatch, Jerry pointed out need work on landing feet with more authority, I land softly which leads to a timid pull under the bar. Metcons may require my feet stay in same position during the movement, between jumping and landing, while I focus on pulling my HIPS under. Advance Always.</description>
